The upper part of the gown is made by 2 flat pieces of velvet, one in the front and one in the back. Under the arms, between these 2 pieces, the velvet is sewn into elastic smock and adjusts to the size of the child. The chest size is the same for both sizes, approximately 48 cm, which can be encreased to 72 cm by elasticity.
