Shipment & Delivery

All the toys that are offered on the webshop are in stock and will be sent to you on the same day if they are ordered before 4 p.m. If, by exception, the chosen toy is not in stock, you will be immediately informed and we will discuss with you the solution that suits you best: wait for the ordered toy or get a refund for the purchase.

You can choose between standard bpost shipment (Belgian Postal Services), DHL express shipment at an advantageous rate or pick up at the store.

By clicking on the "estimate shipping" button in the shopping basket you get an estimate of the total cost of shipping by our various shipping partners.
After that, you can proceed with your checkout. During the checkout process you wil be able to indicate the shipping method you prefer.
Pick up your order in Merelbeke is by appointment.

Delivery times using standard bpost shipping (items in stock):
Belgium: next day
The Netherlands: next day or 2 days later
Countries bordering Belgium (DE-GB-LU): 2 to 3 days / (FR): 3 to 5 days

Delivery times DHL  express delivery (items in stock):
Europe, United States & Canada: next day before 6pm
Asia - Middle-East - India: 2 days to the most important business centers
Latin-America: 2 to 3 days to the most important business centers
Africa - Oceania: 2 to 4 days to the most important business centers
